Our Restaurant Manager Tomislav Karačić is responsible for overseeing both our Front and back of House Teams.
After finishing one of the most recognized universities in hospitality in Switzerland he spent years gaining international experience in various well established and recognized restaurants across Europe before deciding to make Dubrovnik his home and joining our team.
His expertise and knowledge will make sure that our guests are provided with a memorable, long-lasting impression and a unique experience.
